worst experience on ebay ever!!!

i was sent the wrong item. requested a return shipping label which was never sent. returned the item at my own expense. still waiting for either a refund or for the correct item which was a blue 1963 vw punchbuggy. i ask ebay to step in and help resolve the dispute but never heard back.
